How do i find the right size?

Every product page has a Size Guide with real measurements in centimetres, along with simple tips on how to measure yourself at home. If you are between two sizes, we tell you on the page which way to go. And if you are still unsure, send us a message and we will help you choose.

What if it does not fit or is not right?

You have a full 30 days to send it back for a refund. No forms to puzzle over and no awkward questions, just start a return and post it back.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your payment has been verified, we begin processing your order right away. Processing and shipping usually takes between one and three business days. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you are always informed of the status of your order.

Does it look like the photos?

Yes. We show each item as it really is, so what you see on the page is what arrives at your door. There are no borrowed images or lookalikes. And if anything is ever not quite as you expected, our 30-day guarantee has you covered.
