Job Vacancy: Graphic Designer (E-commerce)

Are you a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer looking for a new challenge in the fast-moving world of e-commerce? Bailey & Grant London is looking for someone who can translate ideas into clean, high-performing visuals that strengthen our brand and help products stand out.

Responsibilities

  • Design attractive, user-friendly visuals for our website (e.g., banners, landing-page graphics, product imagery, and visual content).
  • Create marketing assets for multiple channels, including social media, email, and online ads.
  • Improve the customer journey through thoughtful design that supports clarity, trust, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and turn them into effective visual content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure all output follows brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (e-commerce experience is a plus).
  • Strong skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or equivalent software.
  • Excellent visual taste, typography sense, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A portfolio with relevant examples (web, marketing, branding, product visuals).

Job Vacancy: Retail Sales Associate (Fashion)

Do you love fashion, enjoy helping people feel confident in what they wear, and have a sharp eye for detail? Bailey & Grant London is looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate who can create an excellent in-store experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide personal, expert advice on style, fit, and sizing.
  • Help customers choose the right size and fit so they leave satisfied.
  • Maintain an excellent store presentation (merchandising, tidiness, and product display).
  • Support daily store operations such as restocking and checkout.
  • Answer customer questions and provide excellent service in-store and, where required, by phone.

Requirements

  • Experience in retail (fashion retail is a plus).
  • Friendly, professional communication and a customer-first attitude.
  • Passion for fashion and awareness of style and trends.
  • Ability to provide tailored advice and build trust quickly.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends where required.
