Returns Policy
At Bailey & Grant London, we do everything we can to ensure our customers are satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our returns policy.

Conditions for returns
You may only request a return once you have physically received the item.
Return costs are entirely at the customer’s expense, including international postage.
Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.
Trying on is permitted, but wearing is not allowed.
Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not permitted.

Returns process
Please notify us of your return via info@baileygrantlondon.com within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will provide you with the return address of our supplier, based in China.
You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs charges or postage costs.
We always recommend using a tracked delivery method.

Refund
Once the item has been received at the return address and the condition of the product has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability
We are not liable for lost parcels if the tracking information indicates that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the customer’s responsibility.
Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
